Book a 20-min scoping call (no payment, no commitment). We confirm fit, scope, and tier in writing within 4 business hours. After that we send the first-month invoice, you Slack-invite us, and a senior AI engineer starts the same day.
Why is there no self-serve checkout?
We hand-match every customer to a senior engineer with the right stack background, and capacity is fixed. Talking first means we never overcommit, and you never wire money for a task that turns out not to fit. Self-serve checkout will come once the bench is large enough to absorb cold-buyer churn.
What if my task is too big?
Tasks over ~30 hours of effort get scoped as a custom Enterprise engagement. We surface that on the scoping call — no surprise charges, no mid-month upsell.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. One-click pause for up to 60 days after the first month. We hold your seat and queue position; you resume when you're ready.
Do you offer annual discounts?
10% off Growth and Scale on annual billing. Pilot stays month-to-month — we don't believe in locking in first-time buyers.
Do you sign US MSAs?
