What counts as 'shipped'?
A GitHub PR opened in your repo, marked ready-for-review, with passing tests, attached eval suite, and deploy guide. Once we mark it ready, your team reviews and merges on your timeline — that part doesn't count against the 7 days.
When does the 7-day clock start?
When your scoping call wraps and we confirm tier fit + scope in writing in Slack. Not at checkout — at scope confirmation. Usually same day.
What if I delay providing access or context?
The clock pauses for any blocker on your side (repo access, missing API keys, domain Q&A unanswered) and resumes when unblocked. We log every pause in Slack so it's transparent.
What if you say my task is too big?
We scope it as Enterprise on the call, and the 7-day guarantee doesn't apply to Enterprise tasks. You'll know before the clock could even start — no surprises.
Can I claim this on subsequent tasks?
The guarantee covers your first task only. Subsequent tasks ship on tier cadence (~5–7 days median) but without the money-back promise.
