Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Boundev's AI engineering subscription. Plain language, no traps — the same way we write our contracts.

1. The service

Boundev provides senior AI engineering on a monthly subscription. You submit tasks in plain English; we deliver production code as GitHub pull requests within the timelines described for your tier.

2. Subscriptions & billing

• Plans are billed monthly (or annually at a 10% discount) and begin once scope is confirmed in writing.
• You may pause for up to 60 days or cancel anytime — effective end of the current cycle, pro-rated if mid-cycle.
• No setup fees, no minimums, no termination fees.

4. Intellectual property

You own 100% of the work product — code, prompts, fixtures, and documentation — from the moment the PR opens. Boundev retains no license to your code and imposes no platform lock-in.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or to request work that infringes third-party rights. We may decline tasks that fall outside our scope or violate these terms.

6. Warranties & liability

We deliver work to a senior production standard, reviewed by a second engineer before any PR opens. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months. The service is provided “as is” beyond the explicit guarantees stated here.

7. Confidentiality

We sign a mutual NDA before scoping any task and treat your repositories, data, and roadmap as confidential.

8. Governing law

Boundev AI Inc. is a US Delaware C-Corp. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
