Privacy Policy

Boundev AI Inc. (“Boundev”, “we”) helps SaaS teams ship production AI features. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it. We keep it short because our data practices are simple.

1. What we collect

• Account & contact data — name, work email, company, and role you give us when you book a call or subscribe.
• Task data — the descriptions, repositories, and materials you share so we can scope and ship your work.
• Usage data — basic analytics about how our site is used, to improve it.

2. How we use it

To scope and deliver your tasks, communicate with you, send invoices, and improve our service. We do not sell your data, and we never use your code or customer data to train models.

We sign DPAs and mutual NDAs before scoping any task. For regulated workloads we ship inside your compliance boundary — SOC 2 controls, HIPAA BAAs on request, and VPC-isolated delivery. Provider logs are scoped to your task and deleted on cancellation.

5. Subprocessors

We rely on a small set of infrastructure and model providers (e.g. cloud hosting, LLM APIs) strictly to deliver your work. A current list is available on request.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. We respond within 30 days. Cancelling your subscription triggers deletion of task-scoped provider logs.

7. Retention

We keep account and billing records as required by law, and delete task-scoped data on request or on cancellation.
