Step 1: Define the AI Action (10 Min)
Write this sentence: "The AI takes [X input], runs [Y model/process], and produces [Z output] so that the user can [specific action]."

Where does the user interact with the AI output? This is your UI surface. Options: email digest, Slack message, simple web panel, API endpoint, or embedded component in existing product. Pick the one that requires the least new infrastructure while getting the output in front of real users fastest.
Step 4: Define What "Works" (10 Min)
Before building, write the acceptance criteria for the AI behavior. "The summary contains all 5 sections. It passes a relevance check on 90% of test transcripts. It generates in under 8 seconds." If you don't define this upfront, you'll argue about it during QA.
Step 5: Set the Scope Boundary (10 Min)
